Credits past their validity expire and cannot be used. Buy a new pack to reset the clock — new credits and existing valid credits combine in your wallet.

Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Credits already consumed on model runs are non-refundable, since the model cost is already incurred. Billing faults (duplicate or failed charges, runs billed with no output) are refunded in full.
Admin accounts run unmetered — runs do not consume credits and do not charge. Still logged to analytics.
