1. Who We Are

You are contracting with SaySo for the use of SaySo OS, an AI Operating System that serves as an intelligence layer between you and LLM providers. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our platform, website, and services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SaySo OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse SaySo OS. Prohibited activities include: unlawful use, fraud, spam, intellectual property infringement, security interference, malware distribution, unauthorized scraping, and any activity that harms our infrastructure or other users.

5. Intellectual Property

SaySo retains all ownership rights to SaySo OS, including software, documentation, branding, and underlying technology. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the scope of your selected plan.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

7. Service Level

SaySo OS is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaySo's aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill), except where prohibited by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
